Mr. Orchard in my estimation is the pre-eminent building contractor on Anguilla. My greatest knowledge and appreciation of his abilities came during the time ORB was contracted by the National Bank of Anguilla, where I was CEO, to carry out five building projects over the period 1998 to 2009. From the very outset it became obvious to me that Mr. Orchard was thoughtful, thorough, resourceful, organized, hardworking, paid great attention to detail and most importantly honest in his dealings. In our regular project meetings Mr. Orchard was always well prepared to report, plan, problem solve, suggest and make recommendations which ensured the projects progressed with few hold-ups or hitches.
