ANGUILLA
This is the largest private residence in ORB's portfolio and it was completed in 2015. Nevaeh is an 8 bedroom estate with multiple pools, gazebo and a movie theatre. The views from the entire property are stunning as the design takes full advantage of the land's topography - a 80' difference from the tennis court at the entrance down to beautiful Long Bay Beach. Clever use of levels means the property is more than 90% wheel chair accessible.

Coming close to completion of a very large project in Anguilla we are pleased beyond our expectations. Gareth, Dennis and their team worked seamlessly with the architects, outside contractors from the United States and our designer to maximize the value of every dollar spent that gave us continual insight and control of the project. Gareth is all about total team effort with an attitude of "get it done now". ORB's ability to build our home under real world conditions; weather, people and change is an attribute to his success.
The total communication via emails, photos and conference calls was the key to keeping this project moving forward with the tremendous commitment and dedication from everyone. Despite several overlooked details, your team found the issues early on by meticulously checking the drawings and proposing practical solutions that, in the end, enhanced the project and fixed the problem, as well as handling the unexpected changes that arise in construction with ease.
Your openness, constructive challenge and responsiveness to changes suggested by our family and designer added significantly to the outcome of our beautiful home.
